We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to worship together once again. This mornings service was hosted by Ole at camp and live-streamed to Ulverston Grace Baptist church for the congregation there. We sang a couple of hymns led by our amazing worship team! Then Ole shared a sermon on Genesis 3:1-20 explaining how sin entered the world and the reason for Jesus’ coming.
We had a fantastic lunch on the field outside the centre with everyone getting their fill of delicious food prepped by Sarah and Jane.
There were medals to be won at our wide game at Torver Common with all the tents competing in a number of fun challenges. The younger boys tent came out on top with a gold, two silvers and two bronzes!
We had Camps first Trump Off (top trumps) after dinner with one of our campers winning a decisive victory by three cards to none.
The campers will shortly be gathering for tent prayers in which they will be asking and answering questions on sin and judgement.
This will round off another great day at camp with more exciting activities to come.
