Compass Camp – Day 2

This morning we headed over to Ulverston to join with the congregation of Grace Baptist Church where Matt preached on the first chapter of Daniel.

Unfortunately the weather was too wet for us to go to the beach for our normal picnic lunch. Instead we enjoyed the warmth and dry of the church building to munch on sandwiches and lots of cake (and fruit).

The weather brightened up a bit (yippee) so off we ventured to the beach to enjoy a messy wide game- the race to pride rock! Involving silly string and flour!!!

We arrived back at camp, had a quick shower and then had a meeting in the main hall where Tom preached on the second chapter of Daniel.

We have just enjoyed a lush Sunday roast and have full bellies ready to do a Disney themed quiz.
